Naraku is a major villain. Naraku's a hanyo, a half demon although he differs from most hanyo. There was a man Onigumo (鬼蜘蛛, おにぐも, "demon-spider") who was full of deceit and hatred for others, he tricked his bandit leader, Rasetsu into approaching Kikyo/Kikyou and attempt to obtain the Shikon no Tama, Jewel of Four Souls. Onigumo was thrown off the cliff and survive. he barely live and was foung by Kikyo/Kikyou who slowly nursed him back to the point of being able to speak. Onigumo developed feelings for Kikyou/Kikyo, but knowing that he could not move for the rest of his life. he summobed countless male yokais using his corrupted soul. He then had them devoiur his body in exchange for giving him a new body which he can claim Kikyo/Kikyou and the Shikon no Tama. This resulted on the part human part demon Naraku.
Naraku separates himself from his heart, rendering it in two pieces. The physical heart (心臓, shinzō) he imparts to Akago, rendering Naraku effectively immortal unless Akago is destroyed. The spiritual heart, or soul (心, kokoro), which he inherited from the human Onigumo, is discarded inside Hakurei-Zan. This allows Naraku to become stronger, much like a full yōkai. (Comments later made by Abi-Hime and Tekkei revealed that Naraku was still technically a han'yō.) Furthermore, he now possessed an even stronger barrier, which proved impenetrable to anything except for the Tessaiga's Kongōsōha ("diamond shard blast").
Naraku's attacks and abilities are super endurance. ablle to regenerate form virtually any amount of damage even with his heart still within his body. Speed, was shown great speed, Saimoyoshi, Naraku's minions wasp from hell, poisonous and helps Naraku with gathering the Shikon Shards, Mimicry, he can shape shift onto any other form he chooses, will have a different voice to boot. Absorption, Absorbs fallen foe and adds the power into his body. Miasma, a gas which kills anything that touches it and his body was fill with it, when enemy biyes him or even touches him, they get poisoned. Miasma tornado, a poisonous Miasma tornado. Cloud of destructiona cloud of Miasma. Yokai puppets, Puppets which resemble him. controls them from afar and can see through their eyes. Yokai parts, Naraku can bring out pieces of the countless yokai, he has absorbed out to use when he fights opponent. Disappearing act, reappears and disappears at will. Illusionary death, illusory spell cast upon foes which makes their worst fear come to life. Telepathy, can communicate telepathically with any sentient being. Telekinesis, he has also shown some mild ability to levitate abjects such as Sango's Hiraikotsu and fragments of the Shikon no Tama. Barrier, able to prevents foe from finding or attacking him. Flight, able to fly. Beam attack, sends out more horns on his elbows on a zigzag beam attack. Shoki, Naraku's trademark, it's what makes his poisonous gas. Psionic spider web, ability os gained from the reabsorbation of Naraku's Human heart. Kogosoha (diamond shard blast) after absorbing Moryomaru, Naraku learned the Kogosoha technique, can also control ahte yokia by shoving a daimond shard into their bodies.
